EGL/Goth Extended Size Shoe Recommendations
As I both wear a larger shoe size and also love shoes, I often end up giving advice on finding lolita shoes in extended sizes. I started putting recs together for a friend yesterday, and then I was like... maybe it's time. Maybe I should put this all in one place. So here we go.
(There will be no pictures of my or anyone else's feet in here... this isn't that kind of post.)
About Me
I wear a size 11.5 US, 43 EU, 9 UK, or 45 CN in women's shoes; sometimes I will wear a true size 12 with insoles when no half-size is available. My feet are about 27.5cm long and 10cm wide, so I have relatively narrow feet for their length. Additionally, my arches are fairly collapsed, so there are some shoes I add insoles to for additional stability (I'll note those). If you have wider feet or high arches, some of these options might not work for you. I will note when shoes are narrow or not great for a high arch when I can.
Angelic Imprint

Angelic Imprint doesn't offer a wide-width shoe option, but the standard-width shoes I've owned from them run wider than other brands on this list.

Notes: Fit true to size. Since I have collapsed arches, I wear insoles in these to prevent myself from falling to my death. Be aware that because of the curve of the front platform and length of the shoe at this size, going up and down stairs in these can be quite adventurous. Consider going down sideways one foot at a time or just putting these on when you reach your destination!

From my experience, Antaina's standard width is narrower than other brands on this list, but not as narrow as Vivienne Westwood. Some of that might just be that the items I've owned from them are just narrower styles, but I think it's worth noting.

Notes: True to size. I've owned like three pairs of these over time and they were comfortable and easy to walk in. The only pair that actually died on me perished when I tripped over broken sidewalk, wiped out, and scraped the uppers up too badly to be worn again.

I broke the heel off of these in a NYC subway grate the first time I wore them, but after I'd been standing up in them at the line party and show for Baby NYFW for hours without significant discomfort. I replaced them with the Angelic Imprint sweet boots that I own and those feel a bit sturdier.

Notes: I think these are probably fairly true to size for most people, my feet are just so narrow and the toe so pointy that an 11 is the right size for me. Very comfortable, I've worn these a lot. They've been released in other colors/leather styles as well.

Notes: Fits like a 12 US (smaller than a 10 UK, larger than an 43 EU). I wear insoles with these. Not super comfortable for me but I worked an event in them and survived.

Notes: Length is true to UK size. These fit my noodle feet like a glove and are some of my most comfortable lolita shoes, despite being literal blocks of wood. If you do not have narrow feet, you will want to size up and/or consider whether you need burando shoes for real.
